Job Training
Training is provided
through work experience from private industry jobs that are
subcontracted to the foundation. This training is provided in the
foundation's on site vocational training center and various
community based vocational training sites.
Individuals learn how to
work efficiently, use tools and machines, work safely,
follow directions, interact with co-workers and supervisors, and
develop positive work attitudes and habits.
